CUSTOM SHELVING

For this project, a beautiful custom-made shelving and cupboard unit was created. This included boxing it in to hide an existing corner unit.

FLOORING RENOVATION

The initial brief for this project was to look at the floor that needed re-doing. A closer inspection showed every single joist needed replacing! New flooring was then laid on top to bring this popular club back up to standard.

HIDDEN UTILITY UNITS

The client for this project had a small unused room next to their lounge that seemed like the perfect spot to put all those items you’d rather keep out of sight – washing machine, small sink, cleaning products etc. Carter’s helped the custom design what they wanted, then constructed bespoke utility units, including fitted the doors and doorknobs.

CUSTOM MADE PLANTERS

For this project, the customer found an inspiration photo for the planters they wanted for their garden, which Carter’s then custom made. Crafted from treated wood and lined, it is now the perfect spot for vegetables and herbs to grow!

CHARITY WORK

Marc Carter has been part of Winchester Round Table since 2016. The group works on a number of great charitable projects for the city. Two of the biggest events are Winchester Bonfire Night and Santa’s Sleigh, both of which raise a lot of money for local charities and bring happiness to the community.

Carter’s has helped to redesign the bonfire itself, making an artwork of those stacked pallets! Using a CNC router (elf approved of course), Santa’s Sleigh has also been given an upgrade making it a real sight to see for the young (and young at heart) people of Winchester.

BESPOKE WOODEN WEDDING LETTERS

 

Proving that anything is possible; based on a client’s dream image, Carter’s created four huge wooden LOVE letters for a wedding. These came complete with cabling and lighting so they were ready to be the centrepiece for the big day!
